If the error is still there

• B20BAn error requiring a repair has occurred. Shut the printer down, disconnect it from power, and contact a Canon service center for professional repair. Unplugging erases stored faxes.
• #001The original document is jammed in the ADF feeder during a fax/scan job. Remove the jammed original per the paper-jam troubleshooting section.
• 1000There is no paper in the rear tray, or the paper is not loaded correctly. Canon's remedy is to reload the paper, align the guides, set the paper information and press OK.
• 1200The scanning unit or cover is open. Closing it clears the message.
• 1240The operation panel is closed while a job was in progress. Open the operation panel and press OK to resume printing, or press Stop to cancel the job.
