Privacy policy
Effective August 13, 2026
PrintDiag does not offer user accounts, collect email addresses, or sell personal information. The anonymous fix-feedback feature stores the page, whether the fix worked, an optional predefined failure reason, and a coarse mobile/desktop category. It does not store a name, email address, free-text response, advertising identifier, or device fingerprint.
Setup navigation measurement
To learn whether setup guides lead readers to a useful next step, PrintDiag records the setup page, the internal destination selected, a predefined destination category, a coarse mobile/desktop category, and the time. These events contain no search text, account, cookie, IP address, full user agent, referrer, or persistent visitor identifier.
Hosting and logs
Infrastructure providers may process standard security and access logs. Analytics or advertising cookies will not be enabled without an appropriate consent mechanism and an update to this policy.
Requests
A contact channel will be published before production launch. Until then, this local build does not collect personal-data requests.
