Confirm AirPrint support
Check the printer manufacturer's documentation for AirPrint support. A printer connected only through a computer's Bluetooth or USB connection is not available to the iPhone or iPad as an AirPrint device.

Use the same Wi-Fi network
Connect the printer and iPhone or iPad to the same local Wi-Fi network. Avoid a guest network that isolates devices from each other.
