What it is
Internal motor error (drum motor startup/rotation fault). Variants indicate which motor/color: 59.05.60 (black), 59.06.60 (cyan), 59.07.60 (magenta), 59.08.60 (yellow); 59.C0 indicates a developer-disengagement motor rotation error.
