016-757 authentication error
What it is
Xerox documents 016-757 as "Invalid User Account" — triggered when Xerox Standard Accounting/Auditron is enabled and the Accounting ID/User ID is missing or entered incorrectly. An accounting/user-authentication error, not a secure-print password problem.
Why it matters
Config issue, no part, but strong long-tail.
