Likely causes and fixes

  1. 1. Paper is sticking together, the guides are loose, or the pickup/separation surfaces are dirty or worn.

    1. Remove the stack, separate the sheets, discard damaged paper, and reload below the tray maximum mark.

    2. Adjust both paper guides so they touch the stack without bowing it, then test with a short print job.
