Paper not feeding / pickup failure

Likely causes and fixes

  1. 1. The paper stack is damaged, poorly aligned, overfilled, or blocked from reaching the pickup rollers.

    1. Remove the paper stack and discard any torn, curled, wrinkled, damp, or dusty sheets.

    2. Check the tray and visible paper path for scraps or objects that prevent paper from touching the rollers.

    3. Square a small stack on a flat surface, reload it below the tray's maximum mark, and move the guides against the paper without bending it.

    4. Try one print. If it still does not feed, continue to the roller check for your exact model.
